You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase wine, and this service is only available for delivery in Australia. We deliver to the address specified in the delivery instructions and aim to deliver your order within 3-7 business days from the purchase date.

Lansdowne Wines' delivery partner is Couriers Please. You will be able to track your parcel on our website using your tracking number sent to you in your Lansdowne Wine shipping confirmation email. Couriers Please have a number of easy options to get your parcel to you should you not be at home to sign. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch your order the next business day for all orders placed before 1pm. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery, but work hard to get it to you as soon as we can. Shipping times depend on your location. Once shipped, you will receive tracking from our delivery service via email. Domestic shipping generally takes 2-8 business days.

Our prices are subject to variation – the price payable for the goods is the price applicable on the date when we confirm your order. The quoted price does not include the delivery and handling fee (if applicable) in respect of each order. The total amount payable is the price for each of the goods, together with the applicable delivery and handling fee.  

Stripe provides you with software and a service to process your online credit and debit card payments; Stripe will respect and protect your privacy, data and any personal information collected by Stripe in the course of providing this service. 

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. 

Lansdowne Wine Virtual Gift Cards are sold/allocated subject to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Gift Cards & Credit Notes are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.

2. Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on lansdowne.wine

3. Gift Cards are non-transferable, can only be used at lansdowne.wine 

4. May not be returned or redeemed for cash.

5. If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Card the remaining balance will be available and can be redeemed against subsequent orders.

6. All remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift credit or store credit must be paid via an alternate payment method.

7. If products are damaged, or unsatisfactory in any way that have been purchased using a Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to you as store credit and can be redeemed against subsequent orders.

8. Virtual Gift Cards will be e-mailed to the purchaser once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken.

9. Lansdowne Wine is not liable for delivery of a Virtual Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

10. Lansdowne Wine is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

11. Lansdowne Wine reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.

12. Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards.

13. Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with a Lansdowne Wine Gift Card.

All promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. No more than one promotional code can be applied at checkout or to an order. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.  Lansdowne Wine reserves the rights to cancel or refuse the usage of any promotional code at any time.

All promotional codes must be applied at checkout, and cannot be applied to any previous or retrospective orders. We have the right to refuse use of any promotional code for any reason. The times of use will be outlined in the marketing material, the code can not be used outside of this time.

We may add to, delete, or otherwise change any of the terms of this Contract. We will notify you of any substantial changes to these terms and conditions. Your use of our service after notice will constitute your deemed acceptance of such changes.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Lansdowne Wine or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. 

Lansdowne Wines keeps the information you have provided confidential. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on or sell any of your personal details with anyone. We use your details provided to process your order(s), provide you with customer service and to provide you with our newsletter. Direct marketing by Lansdowne Wine can be cancelled at any time by contacting us at hello@lansdownevineyard.com

If your delivery is incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory in any way please email us with the details within 2 days. If you receive a delivery with any breakages we will organise for the broken bottle(s) to be replaced at no additional charge. We will bear the reasonable cost of returning goods that are incorrect. Any products that are returned must be unopened. Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon delivery and therefore no refunds are offered for products that are damaged after delivery.

8. Winners to receive a mixed selection of 52 x 750ml bottles of Lansdowne Pinot Noir based wines.

9. Prize to be shipped to winners every 3 months from 1st July 2022.

10. Prize to be shipped to addresses within Australian capital city metro areas (Except NT). No PO Boxes.

11. Deliveries must be signed for by persons 18 years and over.
