A playful dance between our two most noble varieties – chardonnay from the oldest rootstock and pinot noir from the youngest. Good for when the weather isn't sure who she is, but there’s no need to break out the shiraz.

Hand-picked Block 4 organic pinot noir and 16 year old organic chardonnay. Carbonic macerated and direct pressings. Native yeast ferment, unfined, minimal filtering and sulphur.
