Fresh salmon-rose hue, with notes of strawberries, watermelon and vanilla. A fine persistent bead and smooth palate, finishing crisp and dry – leaving lingering flavours of rose petal and cream. 

Crushed and chilled to press with minimal skin contact. Cold fermentation in stainless steel. Charmat method.
