New Pinot is made of our organic Lansdowne pinot noir and a dash of K1 Kuipto gewürztraminer. They’re handpicked and carbonically fermented for low tannin extraction and lifted aromatics. A wine made between two new friends (pinot noir and gewürztraminer) – to make new friends with and invigorate catch-ups with old ones.
Raspberry jube, lychee and rose petals on a bed of herbs. The perfect all day-aperitif ensues. Serve with a light chill (but still looks surprisingly good at room temp).
