Organic hand-picked pinot noir from Block 4A, 50% whole bunch ferment with 12 days on skins. Semi-carbonic maceration, native yeast ferment, raised in seasoned oak, unfined and minimal filtering.

Tastes like dark red cherries, sour rubarb and woodland moss. Bright with a herbal edge, well-defined structure, and subtle hints of spice.
